How do I get a cool little picture next to my name?

It's really quite easy. First of all, if you don't have an account, you MUST register and login. Once done, click the About You link on the right side of the page. Finally, mouse over the Edit button at the top and choose "Update Your Image." There are about a dozen that you can select from pre-uploaded, or you can upload your own. It will appear once I have approved the image.
